Your privacy comes first. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.
1. What we collect
- Account data: your email address, organization name, and an encrypted password (never stored in plain text).
- Content: the videos you upload or import, along with their transcripts, clips, and covers — solely to provide the service.
- Publishing accounts: connection authorizations are managed by our approved publishing-infrastructure provider; we never see the passwords of your social accounts.
- Operational data: basic usage logs to improve the service and prevent abuse.
2. How we use it
- To run the features you request (transcription, cutting, translation, covers, publishing).
- For essential operational messages (verification codes, publishing-failure notifications).
- We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or use it to train AI models.
3. Service providers

4. Storage and retention
- The original video is deleted automatically 7 days after the last activity on the project.
- Exported clips and transcripts remain until you delete them or delete the project.
- Deleting your account permanently removes your data and content within 30 days.
5. Security
Every organization lives in a fully isolated space, connections are encrypted (TLS), and passwords are hashed with industry-standard algorithms.

You may request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete it at any time via [email protected].
