1. Your first monthly payment

You are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of your first payment if the service isn't right for you — just email us at [email protected] from your account's email address.

2. Monthly renewals

Renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel your subscription at any moment; your account stays active until the end of the paid cycle — with no renewal after it.

3. Yearly subscriptions

Full refund within 14 days of payment; after that, a prorated refund (full unused months) within the first 60 days.

4. Cases not covered

Accounts suspended over a serious violation of the Usage Agreement.
External consumption fees that were actually spent (such as generated AI covers).

5. How refunds are processed

Requests are processed within 5 business days, and the amount is returned to the original payment method.
