Terms & Conditions

By using the pilotme platform (the "Platform") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use the Platform.

1. Your account

• Registration requires a valid email address, confirmed with a verification code.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.
• Your organization may add users within the limits of its plan; every user is bound by these terms.

2. Subscriptions and payment

• Every account starts with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required.
• Subscriptions are monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the billing cycle.
• Prices and limits (videos per day, users, AI covers) are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' prior notice.

3. Content and ownership

• Your content remains entirely yours: the videos, transcripts, clips, and covers produced from them.
• You grant the Platform a limited technical license to process your content (transcription, cutting, translation, publishing) solely for the purpose of providing the service.
• You confirm that you own the rights to the content you upload or import, and you alone are responsible for any infringement.

4. Publishing to external platforms

• Publishing runs through publishing infrastructure approved by the platforms; connecting your accounts is subject to each platform's own terms (YouTube, TikTok, ...).
• The Platform is not responsible for decisions made by external platforms (a rejected post, a restricted account, policy changes).

5. Service availability and liability

• We aim for high availability, but the service is provided "as is" without absolute guarantees.
• The Platform's maximum liability is capped at what you paid during the last three months.

6. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. The Platform may suspend accounts that violate these terms or the Usage Agreement after notice — or immediately in the case of serious violations.

7. Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or inside the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect.
