Usage Agreement

This agreement defines acceptable use of the platform. Compliance is a condition of continued service, and it forms part of the Terms & Conditions.

1. Permitted content

• Content you own the rights to, or have explicit permission to use and republish.
• Educational, journalistic, and entertainment content that complies with the law and with the policies of the publishing platforms.

2. Prohibited content

• Any content that infringes the intellectual-property rights of others.
• Hate speech, incitement to violence, sexual content, or content targeting minors.
• Coordinated disinformation, impersonation, or fraudulent content.
• Any use that violates the terms of the connected publishing platforms (YouTube, TikTok, ...).

3. Fair use of resources

• The daily and monthly limits of each plan are listed on the pricing page.
• Excessive automated use, attempts to circumvent limits, or sharing one account across multiple organizations are prohibited.

4. Platform security

• Probing for vulnerabilities, attempting to access other organizations' data, or flooding the service with requests is prohibited.

5. Violations

A first violation earns a warning; repeated or serious violations lead to immediate account suspension. Fees are not refunded for accounts suspended over a serious violation.
